A 35% fee will be charged to your card if you are a no-show or cancel last minute. You will be excused if you reschedule or cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling must also be done 72 hours before your current appointment; failure to do so will result in a charge of 35% fee, the same as a cancellation. The fee is calculated based on your service for example: if your service is $60 then you will be charged $21 for no-show, rescheduling, or cancelling. No-shows are subject to being banned from booking future appointments. Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period after the grace period then there is a $15 dollar fee, every minute after that you will be charged $1 a minute, and if you are 20 minutes late then the appointment will be canceled sadly.
